Question 13: Why did you take so long to look out for work?
This question is for the ones who are out of work for some time. Your answer should be such that it should give an interviewer about the factors in the search of your job. With your selection process of the company, also can mention the factor of recession.
Question 14: What sort of books have you read in recent time?
If you have genuinely read some book, only then speak to your interviewer about it. Do not fake if you had not read any book in recent times. If your skills match up to the position you are being offered then it it not necessary that you need to be a literary lion. However, if you have read something related to your profession or otherwise, it would be a plus point for you.

Question 15: What are your outside interests?
A person should be an all rounder and not a drone. However, you need to take care of that you should not be heavily loaded with extracurricular activities as this gives an impression that your commitments and targets at work re not being affected. 
Question 16: With your experience, what is your strategy in dealing things?
This question is generally asked unravel the past mistakes of your life, any disappointments, regrets, etc that might have affected your personality as well as your performance. For tackling the situation, you need to portray yourself as an optimistic and contented personality.

Question 17: Can you work under pressure?
This is an easy question, but you need to make it believable to your interviewer. You can also give an example of your previous company and can showcase your dedication and hard work.
